dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo de grado tiene como principal objetivo realizar un sistema de medición de la competitividad del clúster de construcción en Santander, aplicando distintos tipos de modelos estadísticos que permitan realizar un análisis y diagnóstico del clúster, revisar aquellos factores que más inciden en la competitividad y evaluar en qué situación se encuentran dentro del mismo. Esto resultará en la creación y puesta en práctica de un sistema aplicable para distintos clústeres del país, además de entregar a todos los integrantes un informe conforme a la realidad del estado del clúster para la realización de mejoras estratégicas que permitan aumentar la competitividad y, a posterior, el ingreso a las cadenas de valor.spa
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this degree project is to develop a system to measure the competitiveness of the construction cluster in Santander, applying different types of statistical models that allow an analysis and diagnosis of the cluster, review those factors that most affect competitiveness and evaluate the situation of the cluster. This will result in the creation and implementation of a system applicable to different clusters in the country, in addition to providing all members with a report according to the reality of the state of the cluster for the implementation of strategic improvements to increase competitiveness and, subsequently, entry into value chains.spa
