Resumen
El paciente de estudio como proyecto de grado es la institución educativa PIO XII en el municipio de Mocoa-Putumayo, Colombia; esta institución es de vital importancia para el desarrollo histórico de Mocoa, fue creada en 1907 como escuela primaria y 50 años después se crea la institución secundaria en 1957.
Es un paciente geriátrico que a pesar de sus mas de 65 años de haberse construido, a simple vista no presenta grandes lesiones en su estructura y arquitectura, mas sin embargo se puede observar que posee problemas estructurales de diseño y construcción, esto se debe a su antigüedad y por esto que no cumple con las normas vigentes para la construcción sismo resistente (NSR-10), lo que pone en riesgo su uso y habitabilidad ante cualquier evento sísmico.
Como primera medida se realizó una investigación profunda del paciente lo que permitió la elaboración de la historia clínica y con esto el planteamiento de ensayos de laboratorio no destructivos (esclerometrías, análisis de suelo de cimentación), con estos resultados más una modelación estructural en el Software Etabs, se sustentó de manera técnica el análisis de vulnerabilidad sísmica, lo que permitió diagnosticar el paciente como una construcción con un alto grado al colapso ante cualquier evento sísmico; se plantean entonces en base al diagnóstico una propuesta de reforzamiento estructural, presupuesto y cronograma para su ejecución; lo que permitirá alargar la vida útil de la institución educativa Pio XII del municipio de Mocoa Putumayo, Colombia.
Abstract
The study patient as a degree project is the PIO XII educational institution in the municipality of Mocoa-Putumayo, Colombia; This institution is of vital importance for the historical development of Mocoa, it was created in 1907 as a primary school and 50 years later the secondary institution was created in 1957.
It is a geriatric patient who, despite having been built for more than 65 years, at first visual inspection does not show major lesions in its structure and architecture, but, we can it be observed that it has structural design and construction problems, this is due to its age and therefore does not comply with current regulations for earthquake resistant construction (NSR-10), which puts its use and habitability at risk in the event of any seismic event.
As a first measure, an in-depth investigation of the patient was carried out, which helped the elaboration of the clinical history and with this the approach of a series of laboratory tests (sclerometry, analysis of the foundation ground,). in the construction of the structure, raceways to identify the reinforcing steel used and ferro scanner to determine the distribution of the reinforcing steel), with these results plus a structural modeling in the Etabs Software, the seismic vulnerability analysis was technically supported , which allowed the patient to be diagnosed as a construction with a high degree of collapse in the event of any seismic event; Then, based on the diagnosis, a proposal for structural reinforcement, budget and schedule for its execution are proposed; which will allow extending the useful life of the Pio XII educational institution in the municipality of Mocoa Putumayo, Colombia.
