Resumen
El plan de negocio para montaje de ceba de novillo bajo pastoreo racional en Puente nacional (Santander), se encuentra ubicado en la vereda Alto San Dimas a una altura de 2400 msnm, donde se busca realizar el montaje y puesta en marcha, para finalmente comercializar el novillo en pie en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C, para lo cual se realizó el estudio de mercado, estudio técnico que nos permita seleccionar el sistema productivo que tenga la máxima ganancia sustentable por hectárea y finalmente se dispone de un estudio financiero que permite establecer la viabilidad del plan de negocio. El presente plan de negocio nace de la necesidad de transformación de la actividad ganadera, para hacerla más rentable y productiva, adicionalmente menos dependiente de insumos, de ahí la implementación de un sistema de pastoreo racional y el uso de razas adaptadas al trópico alto, adicional a esto la implementación de registros productivos, reproductivos y financieros, con el fin tomar correctivos y decisiones por parte de la gerencia de la empresa.
Luego de realizar el estudio de mercado se determinó que el consumo per cápita de carne de res viene en retroceso, pero aun así se evidencia potencial de mercado de novillo en la ciudad de Bogotá D.C, para ganados de primera y extra.
Teniendo en cuenta las condiciones agroecológicas de los predios donde se ejecutará el plan de negocio y luego de revisar las diferentes fuentes especializadas de consulta se determinó que el sistema de Pastoreo Racional Voinsi era el más adecuado técnica y financieramente, así como más amigable con el medio ambiente. Finalmente, el estudio financiero del plan de negocio nos indica que durante los 5 años de vida financiera del proyecto se recuperará la inversión y adicionalmente obtenemos un remanente importante, lo anterior indica que el plan de negocio es factible a ser financiado ya que existe beneficio económico.
Abstract
The business plan for mounting fattening of young bull under rational grazing, located in Puente Nacional (Santander) specifically in the Alto San Dimas village at a height of 2400 meters above sea level, where we seek to lead out the assembly and start-up, to finally market the young bull standing in the city of Bogotá DC, for which we made a market study and a technical study that would allow us to select the production system that has the maximum sustainable profit per hectare and, finally, a financial study is required to establish the viability of the business plan. This business plan arises from the needs to transform the livestock activity, to make it more profitable and productive, additionally less dependent on inputs, hence the implementation of a rational grazing system and the use of breeds adapted to the high tropics, additional to this the implementation of productive, reproductive and financial records, in order to make fixes, changes, and make decisions by the company's management. After made the market study, it was determined that the per capita consumption of beef is decreasing, but even so, there is evidence of a potential market of steer in the city of Bogotá D.C, for the first one and extra cattle. Taking into account farm`s the agro-ecological conditions where our business plan will be executed and after reviewing the different specialized sources of consultation, we have determined that the Voinsi Rational Grazing system would be the most technically and financially appropriate and the most ecofriendly. Finally, the financial study of the business plan indicates that during the 5 years of the project's financial life, the investment will be recovered and additionally we obtain an important remnant, which indicates that the business plan is feasible to be financed since there is an economic benefit.
