Por medio del diagnóstico observe en el Colegio Brazuelos de la localidad de Usme estudiantes problemas de convivencia, la cual comienza en la familia después en la escuela y el medio social. Como existe el problema se dio inicio a la implementación de estrategias pedagógicas donde se pudiera llegar al niño partiendo de actividades participativas donde los niños y jóvenes dieron a conocer ya sea a nivel oral o de acciones situaciones que los afecta en su diario vivir. Con estas actividades se fortaleció sus saberes y emociones explorando así las causas y consecuencias del porque se comportan algunos de una forma diferente, para tal efecto se dio pautas de comportamiento que mitigaran las acciones de maltrato a otros y el cómo debe actuar la persona afectada cuando es acosada. Para lograr lo anterior las actividades se enfocaron hacia los valores, deberes y derechos ciudadanos como la convivencia siendo esta la fuente directriz a seguir en el medio escolar enfocado o relacionado con el manual de convivencia que rige las normas institucionales.
Abstract
Through the diagnosis, I observed in the Colegio Brazuelos in the town of Usme students problems of coexistence, which begins in the family, later in school and in the social environment. As the problem exists, the implementation of pedagogical strategies began where the child could be reached based on participatory activities where children and young people made known, either orally or through actions, situations that affect them in their daily lives. With these activities, their knowledge and emotions were strengthened, thus exploring the causes and consequences of why some behave in a different way, for this purpose, behavioral guidelines were given to mitigate the actions of mistreatment of others and how the affected person should act when is harassed. To achieve the above, the activities focused on the values, duties and rights of citizens such as coexistence, being this the directive source to follow in the school environment focused on or related to the coexistence manual that governs institutional norms.
