Resumen
El estudio realizado a continuación demuestra la factibilidad de la creación de la cooperativa de agricultores llamada -Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado La Unión del Zipa, Cootraunión- la cual tendrá como base la producción de zanahoria orgánica (Daucus carota) por medio de huertas caseras. Teniendo en cuenta que, este tipo de producción es amigable con el ambiente, es aún más saludable para el cuerpo humano, presenta una mayor rentabilidad al reducir costos y utilizar para su producción productos naturales y herramientas de fácil acceso disponibles en el entorno de la comunidad de referencia, comercialmente son productos que en la actualidad tienen una mayor demanda por parte de los consumidores, razón por la cual tiende a ser un producto estrella en un futuro, además, dicha modalidad productiva genera una conciencia de producción limpia en la comunidad, de acuerdo a las características anteriormente nombradas es un producto que se puede comercializar a un mayor precio con respecto a la producción química tradicional, por otra parte, las cooperativas de trabajo asociado pertenecen al régimen de economía solidaria razón por la cual la cooperativa estaría exenta de impuestos. Desde otro punto de vista, implantar en la comunidad una cultura de producción orgánica por medio de huertas caseras genera una tecnología apropiada para la producción de hortalizas de consumo familiar que fomenta una seguridad alimentaria óptima, una dieta saludable para la familia y fortalece la integración familiar. Desde la perspectiva comercial, esta modalidad de producción incrementa los ingresos familiares al ser productos de huerto a largo plazo en donde el excedente de la producción de consumo familiar puede ser comercializada por la comunidad en mercados campesinos. Para soportar este estudio de factibilidad se lleva a cabo un estudio de mercado para identificar la oferta y la demanda de zanahoria en la municipalidad de Zipacón sustentado por una investigación descriptiva puesto que las fuentes primarias estuvieron determinadas por entrevistas y encuestas, y para las fuentes secundarias se utilizaron libros, trabajos de grado y artículos entre otros. La investigación realizada fue complementada con estudios financieros, técnicos, administrativos y legales con el fin de dar soporte a todo el estudio realizado.
Abstract
The study carried out below demonstrates the feasibility of creating the farmers' cooperative called -La Unión del Zipa Associated Work Cooperative, Cootraunión- which will be based on the production of organic carrots (Daucus carota) through home gardens. Taking into account that this type of production is friendly to the environment, it is even healthier for the human body, it has greater profitability by reducing costs and using natural products and easily accessible tools available for production in the community environment. of reference, commercially they are products that currently have a higher demand by consumers, which is why it tends to be a star product in the future, in addition, said productive modality generates an awareness of clean production in the community, of According to the aforementioned characteristics, it is a product that can be marketed at a higher price than traditional chemical production. On the other hand, the associated work cooperatives belong to the solidarity economy regime, which is why the cooperative would be exempt from taxes. From another point of view, implanting a culture of organic production in the community through home gardens generates an appropriate technology for the production of vegetables for family consumption that promotes optimal food security, a healthy diet for the family and strengthens family integration. From a commercial perspective, this production modality increases family income by being long-term garden products where the surplus of family consumption production can be commercialized by the community in peasant markets. To support this feasibility study, a market study was carried out to identify the supply and demand for carrots in the municipality of Zipacon, supported by descriptive research, since the primary sources were determined by interviews and surveys, and for secondary sources. books, grade papers and articles among others were used. The research carried out was complemented with financial, technical, administrative and legal studies in order to support the entire study. As a result of the study it was determined that the formation of the cooperative is viable, since it lacks the cost of labor because it is a production based on the method of home gardens and in addition to being an organization that does not pay taxes by belonging to a solidarity regime economy. In addition to the above, it is determined that the internal rate of return of the project is 34.22% TIR, and a NPV net present value of $ 16,890.22.08, this in the financial part, in the technical part it is shown that the Collective work is an efficient way of carrying out any activity within a society. At the end of the work, the conclusions obtained from the study are presented, as well as the bibliography of the sources consulted.
