Como objetivos se busca identificar las necesidades educativas y sociales de Castilla la Nueva, teniendo en cuenta las características del territorio y el aporte a la región, con resultados positivos para la comunidad, considerando la ubicación estratégica de Castilla La Nueva como núcleo que conecta a diferentes municipios y veredas, impactando de forma positiva su economía al obtener cualificación técnica en el manejo de energías renovables, en el agro que permite potencializar su desarrollo y diversificar su economía.
La sostenibilidad es un concepto clave y principal en las estrategias de diseño, dada la magnitud del impacto que un equipamiento de este tipo tendrá en el territorio. Este enfoque contribuye a la conservación de áreas naturales, al encontrarse implantado dentro del limite de lo urbano y como lo rural puede ser consolidado de manera responsable y amigable con su entorno natural. Entre las estrategias se incluyen la iluminación natural de los espacios, la ventilación cruzada, y la recolección y uso de aguas lluvias, permitiendo crear un equipamiento orgánico con el entorno que fomente en la comunidad un sentido de identidad y compromiso con la conservación de las áreas naturales, tanto urbanas como rurales.
La cohesión social se logra a través de conectar 3 barrios circundantes y como el equipamiento se convierte en el eje conector a través de una vía de acceso publica, integra a la comunidad a través de espacios de uso para ellos y así creando identidad y apropiación del equipamiento, el aporte a la arquitectura a través de la sostenibilidad en territorios rurales, el uso eficiente de materiales, espacios multifuncionales que responden no solo a las necesidades educativas y sociales actuales, sino también a las futuras.

Abstract
The objectives aim to identify the educational and social needs of Castilla la Nueva, considering the characteristics of the territory and its contribution to the region, with positive outcomes for the community. This includes recognizing the strategic location of Castilla la Nueva as a hub that connects various municipalities and rural settlements, positively impacting its economy by providing technical training in renewable energy management and agriculture, which enhances its development and diversifies its economy.
Sustainability is a key and central concept in the design strategies, given the significant impact that an infrastructure of this scale will have on the territory. This approach contributes to the conservation of natural areas, as it is situated at the boundary between urban and rural zones, demonstrating how rural areas can be responsibly and harmoniously integrated with their natural surroundings. The strategies include natural lighting for the spaces, cross-ventilation, and rainwater collection and reuse, creating an infrastructure that organically blends with the environment while fostering a sense of identity and commitment in the community towards conserving natural areas, both urban and rural.
Social cohesion is achieved by connecting three surrounding neighborhoods, with the facility becoming the central link through a public access route. It integrates the community by providing shared-use spaces, thereby fostering identity and ownership of the facility. Its contribution to architecture lies in its sustainable approach to rural areas, efficient use of materials, and multifunctional spaces that address not only current educational and social needs but also those of the future.
