Apoyo en la evaluación de precios unitarios a la Contraloría General de Boyacá.

Abstract

At both the National and Departmental level, the management and control of the different civil works carried out depends on a thorough analysis of the budgets to be contracted and executed, taking into account that the amount of money to be invested is necessary to carry out and guarantee a total compliance Of the work, counting the expenses, unforeseen and profits that leave said work.

The work carried out in the General Comptroller's Office of Boyacá was the first objective to make the respective evaluation of unit prices of different contracts to be audited in the Department of Boyacá; Keeping as parameters the prices of the Government of the year 2013 and 2010.

As the second objective of the work was to make the respective visit to such civil works, in order to evidence the execution of the work and thus be able to write the audit report corresponding to each of the contracts.

It should be clarified that the work carried out there gave impulse to the audits for the municipalities of Ciénega, Raquira, Toca, Combita, Tinjaca, Pesca, Aquitania, Sogamoso, Santa Rosa de Viterbo, Motavita, Paipa and Garagoa.
