Descripción
El estero el infiernillo forma parte de una percepción idealizada por la sociedad llamada imaginario urbano. Esta idea, parte a través de una imagen que se construyó de manera colectiva en la memoria, en donde su ambiente se distingue ya sea por ser positivo o negativo según el recuerdo humano, en este caso y tristemente la zona de estudio predomina por la memoria en conjunto del puerto de Mazatlán, sin embargo, en este caso es regresivo, en donde su discontinuidad y falta de fluidez con el resto de la ciudad es permeable desde el instante en el que te adentras al sitio.
Ante esta tangente imaginaria unos barrios con otros comienzan a crear una barrera de sectorización en donde las colonias que emergen en el polígono inmediato al estero comienzan a perder credibilidad, relevancia e interés por parte de los habitantes del municipio de Mazatlán. Debido a que la mayor inversión económica de la ciudad se ve fuertemente reflejada en la gran fachada del malecón la cual es simplemente se convierte en un ‘’fachadismo’’ que se desliga de las problemáticas reales que vive la ciudad.
Abstract
The estuary el infiernillo is part of a perception idealized by society called the urban imaginary. This idea starts through an image that was collectively built in memory, where its environment is distinguished either by being positive or negative according to human memory, in this case and sadly, the study area predominates by memory. As a whole, the port of Mazatlán, however, in this case is regressive, where its discontinuity and lack of fluidity with the rest of the city is permeable from the moment you enter the site.
Faced with this imaginary tangent, some neighborhoods with others begin to create a sectorization barrier where the neighborhoods that emerge in the immediate polygon to the estuary begin to lose credibility, relevance and interest on the part of the inhabitants of the municipality of Mazatlán. Because the largest economic investment in the city is strongly reflected in the great façade of the boardwalk, which simply becomes a '' facade '' that detaches itself from the real problems that the city is experiencing.
