Abstract

Concerns the legal uncertainty that exists in Colombia on the scope of military criminal jurisdiction and how it has been the evolution of that figure from the National Constitution of 1991 , reaching the implementation of the administrative act : Support for the military courts during 2006 2012, counter to important constitutional principles such as the primacy of the Constitution , the fundamental right to due process, the natural judge and existing pursuant to the judgment by the military justice for members of the security forces of events that occur during the service . Taking for didactic purposes a case of real life , which clearly exemplifies the situation of uncertainty that can see these gauged by the lack of clear regulations on the limits of military criminal justice and ordinary justice .
