Este plan de negocio planea la creación de un centro especializado psicomotriz, el cual dará la oportunidad a los niños y padres en tener un lugar donde puedan compartir interactuar, experimentar por medio de diferentes servicios los cuales están enfocados en el desarrollo integral de niño.
El CEP “SIEMBRA” prestara sus servicios en un espacio físico el cual estará distribuido en diferentes zonas en las cuales se ofrecerán servicios como Matrogimnasia, psicomotricidad diferencial entre otros.
La realización de este proyecto, se llevó a cabo un estudio de mercado en el cual se pudo determinar puntos importantes como la población objetivo, y el mercado potencial, dentro del estudio de mercado también está inmersa la encuesta, la cual nos demostró el alto interés por alguno de los servicios que ofrecemos.
Abstract
This business plan plans the creation of a specialized psychomotor center, which will give children and parents the opportunity to have a place where they can share, interact, experiment through different services which are focused on the integral development of the child.
The CEP “SIEMBRA” will provide its services in a physical space which will be distributed in different areas in which services such as Matrogymnastics, differential psychomotor among others will be offered.
The realization of this project, a market study was carried out in which it was possible to determine important points such as the target population, and the potential market, within the market study is also immersed the survey, which showed us the high interest in some of the services we offer.
