El presente informe reúne los puntos en los cuales se basó la práctica empresarial en ACOPI Santander, entidad que contribuye con el apoyo y fortalecimiento de las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas de la región. Es una representación gremial que se encarga de ofrecer servicios de promoción, desarrollo comercial y empresarial mediante la formulación de proyectos para responder a las necesidades y comportamientos de la región.
La labor como estudiante en práctica estuvo centrada principalmente en cuestiones de apoyo a la implementación de programas para el fortalecimiento de las Mipymes. Entre las actividades se destaca la gestión de la logística de la feria Moda kids, además se organizaron los eventos en sector turismo y manufactura y se hizo parte de la organización del evento de moda infantil EIMI 2015, siendo este el evento más importante de la empresa.
La creación de informes, actas semanales de actividades, comités realizados en ACOPI, tareas de tele mercadeo previamente documentadas por parte del director para los distintos empresarios de diferentes sectores fueron actividades asignadas al cargo.
Abstract
This report brings together the points on which business practice was based at ACOPI Santander, an entity that contributes to the support and strengthening of micro, small and medium enterprises in the region. It is a trade union representation that is responsible for offering promotional, commercial and business development services by formulating projects to respond to the needs and behaviors of the region.
The work as a student in practice was mainly focused on issues of support for the implementation of programs for the strengthening of MSMEs. Among the activities, the logistics management of the Moda kids fair stands out, in addition the events in the tourism and manufacturing sector were organized and became part of the organization of the EIMI 2015 children's fashion event, this being the most important event of the company .
The creation of reports, weekly minutes of activities, committees carried out in ACOPI, telemarketing tasks previously documented by the director for the different businessmen of different sectors were activities assigned to the position.
