dc.descriptionEl Club de Inglés de la Escuela Normal Superior de Bucaramanga ofrece a los estudiantes una plataforma única para fortalecer sus habilidades bilingües. Sin embargo, la ausencia de un currículo cohesivo e integrado culturalmente limita su capacidad para promover la conciencia cultural y las competencias globales. Este proyecto propone un Plan de Mejora Intercultural, diseñado para incorporar enfoques colaborativos y centrados en el estudiante en el Club de Inglés. Basado en investigaciones sobre diversidad cultural, pedagogía y el lenguaje como práctica social, el plan busca integrar el aprendizaje del idioma con la educación cultural, promoviendo la competencia lingüística y la comprensión intercultural. Alineado con estándares internacionales y el contexto sociocultural de la institución, esta iniciativa pretende crear un entorno de aprendizaje inclusivo que prepare a los estudiantes para desenvolverse en un mundo interconectado.spa
dc.description.abstractThe English Club at Escuela Normal Superior de Bucaramanga offers students a unique platform to enhance their bilingual skills. However, the absence of a cohesive, culturally integrated curriculum limits its ability to foster cultural awareness and global competencies. This project proposes a Cross-Cultural Enhancement Plan, designed to incorporate collaborative and student-centered approaches into the English Club. Grounded in research on cultural diversity, pedagogy, and language as a social practice, the plan aims to integrate language learning with cultural education, promoting linguistic proficiency and cross-cultural understanding. By aligning with international standards and the school’s socio-cultural context, this initiative seeks to create an inclusive learning environment that prepares students to thrive in an interconnected world.spa
