dc.description	En el presente documento se evidenciará todas aquellas experiencias que el estudiante adquirió durante el proceso y las labores que el estudiante realizó siendo parte de ASOPALMAR, la cual es considerada una de las empresas lideres en comercialización y producción de productos en el sector de grasas y aceites a nivel nacional. Adicionalmente se evidencia como el estudiante puso en práctica conocimientos que adquirió durante la carrera y en la forma que estos previos conocimientos facilitaron la gestión y el trabajo en la empresa, sobre todo en momentos de dificultades donde el estudiante debía adaptarse, investigar y reformular soluciones óptimas para estos. Finalmente, demostrar que el estudiante hizo una excelente participación y trabajo en su labor como practicante, cumpliendo con los estándares y dejando en alto el nombre de la universidad Santo Tomás de Aquino como institución educativa.	spa
dc.description.abstract	In this document it will show all those experiences that the student acquired during the process and the work that the student performed being part of ASOPALMAR, which is considered one of the leading companies in marketing and production of products in the sector of fats and oils nationwide. Additionally, it is evident how the student put into practice the knowledge acquired during the career and how this previous knowledge facilitated the management and work in the company, especially in times of difficulties where the student had to adapt, investigate and reformulate optimal solutions for these. Finally, demonstrate that the student made an excellent participation and work in his work as an intern, meeting the standards and leaving high the name of the university Santo Tomas de Aquino as an educational institution.	spa
