Gestión de mantenimiento preventivo en el módulo de mantenimiento PM de SAP R/3, para el equipo móvil de la cantera Nobsa en la planta de cementos Holcim.

Abstract

This work was carried out based on the need to improve the maintenance management implemented for the equipment in the Nobsa quarry at the Holcim cement plant, allowing to significantly improve the use and correct use of resources such as the module of maintenance PM of SAP R / 3, with the purpose of improving the indicators of availability and having direct control in costs, components and personnel in the execution of each work. To improve the maintenance management implemented by the automotive area, an analysis of the current situation was carried out, identifying internal and external factors that affected the performance of the equipment. With the identification of the problems, solutions were generated using the SAP PM module. The results obtained with the implementation of the PM module were related to the use of the functions and tools that the software provides.

The standardized maintenance management for the Nobsa quarry equipment was carried out due to the need of the plant to keep the equipment in good condition and avoid unscheduled production stoppages. In this way, preventive routines based on fixed time frequencies were proposed and implemented. With a good maintenance management, it was possible to start getting the required availability for the process since the plans were adjusted to the needs and conditions of each team due to their useful life.
