El presente documento corresponde a un análisis patológico realizado a la edificación Casa García, inmueble de valor patrimonial para la ciudad de Tunja. El estudio parte de la identificación y caracterización de las lesiones constructivas que afectan la edificación, mediante un proceso que incluyó la búsqueda y levantamiento de información, inspección in situ y revisión documental, con el fin de establecer un diagnóstico técnico que oriente una posible intervención. El trabajo tiene como propósito evidenciar el estado actual de conservación del inmueble y plantear lineamientos de actuación que garanticen su adecuado funcionamiento, uso y preservación en el tiempo. Todo lo anterior se desarrolla en concordancia con la normativa vigente aplicable a bienes patrimoniales, especialmente el Plan Especial de Manejo y Protección (PEMP), asegurando que cualquier propuesta respete su valor histórico, arquitectónico y urbano.
Abstract
This document presents a pathological analysis of the Casa García building, a property of heritage value to the city of Tunja. The study begins with the identification and characterization of the structural defects affecting the building, through a process that included information gathering, on-site inspection, and document review, in order to establish a technical diagnosis to guide potential intervention. The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the current state of conservation of the building and to propose guidelines for action that guarantee its proper functioning, use, and preservation over time. All of the above is developed in accordance with current regulations applicable to heritage properties, especially the Special Management and Protection Plan (PEMP), ensuring that any proposal respects its historical, architectural, and urban value
