El análisis desarrollado acerca de la actividad sindical del sindicato SINTRACARCOL en la década de 1980 se relaciona directamente con la comprensión de las dinámicas contextuales e históricas de dicha época dimensionando como los espacios políticos, económicos y sociales incidieron directamente en la conformación de la colectividad sindical organizacional, también, se relaciona la actividad sindical de SINTRACARCOL partir de la unión con la confederación CUT y se responde el porqué de esta unión y cuáles son las características principales para el accionar colectivo desde un plano macro colectivo. Con base al accionar sindical se responde en primera medida los aspectos dinamizados a partir de la acción colectiva sindical y que responde directamente a lo que se entiende por movimiento social donde se devela cuáles son las principales formas de acción, de lucha, movilización y exigencias por parte de SINTRACARCOL y así mismo se establece como hace uso de estas herramientas contestatarias frente al adversario empresarial y estatal.
Abstract
The analysis developed about the union activity of the SINTRACARCOL union in the 1980s is directly related to the understanding of the contextual and historical dynamics of that time, dimensioning how the political, economic and social spaces directly influenced the conformation of the organizational union collective Also, the union activity of SINTRACARCOL is related from the union with the CUT confederation and the reason for this union is answered and what are the main characteristics for collective action from a collective macro level. Based on the union action, the dynamized aspects of the collective union action are answered first and that responds directly to what is understood by the social movement where it is revealed what are the main forms of action, of struggle, mobilization and demands for part of SINTRACARCOL and also establishes how it makes use of these answering tools against the business adversary
