Manual de lineamientos de diseño para vivienda bioclimática pasiva en clima cálido húmedo en el Municipio de Socorro, Santander

Abstract

Nonconformity in the home is a characteristic factor in buildings with a hot-humid climate. Consequently, a way is sought to mediate the current and future situation of habitability, for this, a solution is proposed that will help improve single-family homes. On the other hand, climatic factors play an important role in the determinants of housing, for which, for the present investigation, the collection of climatological data was carried out through in situ measurement and other sources, in order to interpret climatic behavior, depending on the house. Likewise, information was collected from a survey, where results were obtained closer to the inhabitants of single-family homes in Socorro, relief housing was analyzed, analogous housing models were identified at the national and global level, in order to interpret housing in Santander and analyze the concepts as a basis for this research, to finally develop a design guideline manual, which provides the necessary information on planning and bioclimatic design in order to help improve the state of homes to promote comfort. Once these data were obtained, the results were interpreted and the bioclimatic design tools were determined using the Givonni psychometric diagram. Finally, and having established the necessary criteria for the type of climate, a manual of design guidelines for single-family passive bioclimatic homes in hot-humid climates was prepared in the municipality of Socorro Santander.
