| dc.description.abstract | This document presents the strategy and operational design of Sferyzer, a digital entrepreneurship initiative created within the Faculty of Social Communication at Universidad Santo Tomás. The project seeks to provide the American community with tools for autonomy by transforming their relationship with money through digital narratives and genuinely empathetic financial education. After analyzing the digital environment, it became evident that conventional financial guidance is often perceived as cold and overly technical, overlooking the human and emotional dimensions of individuals seeking support. In response, Sferyzer’s distinctive value lies in combining the Ethics of Care approach with the Creator Economy model, using communication as a bridge to translate complex financial concepts into accessible messages that inspire hope, confidence, and stability. The document also presents an overview of the organization, including the justification of its social impact, its legal formalization as an LLC, the service portfolio, and the marketing plan. In addition, it integrates a detailed financial analysis, risk management strategies, and the Business Model Canvas, outlining a sustainable path that responds to the challenges of today’s information society. | |
