Abstract

Through architecture, the aim is to reincorporate the community through a project that responds to and promotes social work and the exchange of knowledge, therefore the cultural component has as its strategy to repair social rupture and environmental problems.

The project in consequence of these marked problems in the neighborhood takes a formative, educational, training and cultural character focused on the environmental problem and thus respond to the urban and environmental component and complement each other, in a way that allows to rehabilitate the Tinajas creek that it is deteriorated due to neglect and contamination caused by the community.

Therefore, a cultural center is proposed that activates the block and generates a circuit of public space that articulates the compendium of cultural, health, worship, and service equipment found in the block, enhancing social relations. The project is intended A cultural and artistic training therefore has young people as its main user in order to mitigate social conflict, promoting participation, cohesion, taking into account the uses and activities that take place in the context.
