dc.description	En este documento se presenta un plan de mejora propuesto a la vicepresidencia de operaciones y mas puntualmente a la gerencia de credito hipotecario del banco scotiabank Colpatria, el cual consiste en definir un sistema de seguimiento a los proveedores de servicios hipotecarios (peritos, abogados externos y notarios) por medio de una herramienta ofimática (Excel) que permita que el control sea medible y constante, pues hasta el momento no existe un proceso estructurado y definido para controlar su cumplimiento, por ende esto da como resultado decadencias en la percepción de servicio por parte del cliente y el incumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos por el banco. También podrá conocer a groso modo cómo funciona la legalización de créditos hipotecarios tanto en el mercado, como al interior de Scotiabank colpatria	spa
