El plan de mejora implementado durante la práctica profesional busca optimizar el flujo de recepción y distribución de mercancías hacia las tiendas Ktronix de Alkosto-Ktronix. Esta iniciativa propone estandarizar los tiempos y movimientos para entregas paletizadas, con el objetivo de agilizar las operaciones logísticas, aumentar el volumen de entregas y maximizar la eficiencia de la flota de transporte. El estudio analiza indicadores cuantitativos para identificar qué unidades comerciales disponen de la infraestructura adecuada para implementar este sistema sin comprometer sus operaciones internas. Además, este proyecto no solo pretende fortalecer los procesos logísticos corporativos, sino también fomentar una sinergia más eficiente entre el Centro de Distribución (CEDI) y los puntos de venta.
Abstract
The improvement plan implemented during the internship seeks to optimize the flow of reception and distribution of goods to the Ktronix stores of Alkosto-Ktronix. This initiative proposes to standardize times and movements for palletized deliveries, with the triple objective of streamlining logistics operations, increasing the volume of deliveries and maximizing the efficiency of the transport fleet. The study analyzes quantitative indicators to identify which business units have the appropriate infrastructure to implement this system without compromising their internal operations. In addition, this project aims not only to strengthen corporate logistics processes, but also to foster a more efficient synergy between the Distribution Center (CEDI) and the points of sale.
