Se pretende evidenciar la prospectiva social generada en el departamento del Guainía, validando el impacto social en salud y educación, a partir del establecimiento del producto financiero DaviPlata durante el periodo 2012 – 2014. Se inició identificando y caracterizando la población beneficiada con el servicio DaviPlata desde el año 2007 hasta el 2014, con el propósito de justificar el efecto en las categorías de análisis salud y educación, consideradas en el programa Más Familias en Acción, dado que este se tomó como referente para esta investigación. Se validó la calidad y cobertura en salud y educación de la población beneficiada del departamento con el fin de refrendar la hipótesis planteada que imaginó un impacto positivo en términos sociales para la comunidad beneficiada.
Abstract
The aim is to demonstrate the social prospective generated in the department of Guainía, validating the social impact on health and education, from the establishment of the DaviPlata financial product during the period 2012 - 2014. We began by identifying and characterising the population that benefited from the DaviPlata service from 2007 to 2014, in order to justify the effect on the categories of analysis health and education, considered in the More Families in Action programme, since this was taken as a reference for this research. The quality and coverage in health and education of the department's beneficiary population was validated in order to endorse the hypothesis that imagined a positive impact in social terms for the beneficiary community.
