Abstract

The purpose of this work is to demonstrate the activities carried out during the course of the business practice in the administration area of the human management department of the Santander and Oriente regions in the company STF GROUP S.A. During this time, multiple tasks were carried out in a systematic way, mostly, carrying out the management of hiring indicators and staff rotation in a well-known internationalized company, as well as the necessary aspects when entering the company. It should be noted that approximately 400 people were managed, and that Santander regional ranked first nationwide in sales in several months, even surpassing the company's E-Commerce (which is calculated apart from sales at physical points). On the other hand, physical visits were made to each store in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, thus making known the aspects to be improved in each of them, and how poor store management can affect an entire team and an entire region. in both commercial, visual and administrative areas. Which is of great importance for an international negotiator who knows what the internal management of a large company is like, and what it is in itself that makes it reach its full potential: its people, the workers.
