Resumen
Este documento expone la importancia que representa la arquitectura, el paisaje e integración con el territorio con el Cerro la Tolosa y sus alrededores en el municipio de Duitama. Lugar de representación e hito ambiental encontrándose adherido en cuestiones culturales y sociales.
Este proyecto lleva el nombre de ARQUITECTURA + PAISAJE Centro de integración social y urbano la Tolosa INTEGRACIÓN TERRITORIAL localizado en el municipio de Duitama Boyacá. Lugar que merece tener una preservación y desarrollo ecológico.
El realizar un proyecto arquitectónico en este lugar es una construcción que impulsa el desarrollo del sector y la ciudad, al mismo tiempo se pensó en la preservación de la estructura ecológica y la normativa vigente del POT de Duitama.
El proyecto hace referencia a una renovación y restauración del Cerro La Tolosa en él se encuentran diferentes problemáticas culturales, sociales, conectividad urbana y de falta de cumplimiento de la norma.
Con esto se quiere lograr resolver los conflictos de conectividad, degradación del espacio generando actividades pasivas y contemplación integrando los equipamientos educativos cercanos al Cerro la Tolosa.
Es por eso que este proyecto demuestra que puede solucionar las carencias y potencializar el sector con una intervención urbano arquitectónica creada para la comunidad; así el proyecto toma un rumbo enfocándose hacia el desarrollo de espacios sociales como terrazas, zonas colectivas, plazoletas, zonas pasivas, zonas complementarias de servicios educativos y comunitarios propiciando la integración con la población incentivando la convivencia y la interacción social, con un vínculo ambiental, articulando la ARQUITECTURA y el PAISAJE.
Abstract
This document exposes the importance that represents the architecture, the landscape and the integration with the territory of the Cerro la Tolosa and its surroundings in the municipality of Duitama. Place of representation and environmental landmark being adhered to in cultural and social issues.
This project is called ARCHITECTURE + LANDSCAPE Center for social and urban integration Tolosa TERRITORIAL INTEGRATION located in the municipality of Duitama Boyacá. A place that deserves to have an ecological preservation and development.
The realization of an architectural project in this place is a construction that promotes the development of the sector and the city, at the same time it was thought in the preservation of the ecological structure and the current regulations of the POT of Duitama.
The project refers to a renovation and restoration of the Cerro La Tolosa in which different problems are found (cultural, social, urban connectivity and lack of compliance with the standard).
With this project we want to solve the conflicts of connectivity, degradation of space generating passive activities and contemplation integrating the educational facilities near the Cerro la Tolosa.
That is why this project demonstrates that it can solve the deficiencies and potentialize the sector with an architectural urban intervention created for the community; this way the project takes a course focusing towards the development of social spaces like terraces, collective zones, small squares, passive zones, complementary zones of educational and community services. Hereby we propitiate the integration with the population encouraging the coexistence and the social interaction with an environmental bond, articulating the ARCHITECTURE and the LANDSCAPE.
