Resumen
Se realizó un diagnóstico para identificar las posibles problemáticas sanitarias del barrio La Paz por medio de un diagnostico; este trabajo servirá para la tomar decisiones sobre la situación de salud y brote de enfermedades relacionadas con el medio ambiente.
Está compuesto por un marco referencia, antecedentes, describiendo las condiciones económicas, de salubridad, Enfermedades transmitidas por mala calidad del agua y alimentos contaminados, y la normatividad ambiental relacionada. formulación del problema, justificación, objetivos, metodología, resultados y discusión; el barrio la paz ha padecido de enfermedades relacionadas con el medio ambiente como Dengue, chicunguña, diarrea, enfermedades transmitidas por alimentos y mal manejo de residuos líquidos y sólidos por tal razón es necesario implementar el diagnostico sanitario barrio la paz, logrando identificar las posibles problemáticas del lugar y la Secretaria de salud interviniera en las acciones correctivas junto con los habitantes del sector.
Metodología : El diagnostico sanitario se implementó en el barrio la paz, ubicado en la zona urbana del departamento, Se diseñó una encuesta como instrumento para aplicar a 60 hogares de los cuales determinar los siguientes aspectos: condiciones sociodemográficas, condiciones económicas, condiciones de la vivienda, manejo de depósitos de agua, manejo de basuras y residuos sólidos, condiciones de salud de los habitantes, manipulación de alimentos, manejo de depósitos de agua con el fin de identificar las problemáticas sanitarias persistentes en el lugar.
El proceso de inicio se dio con una presentación básica, explicando el objetivo del diagnóstico y luego se les aplicó la encuesta.
Después, se realizaron observaciones directas y recomendaciones sobre temas puntuales como manejo adecuado de estos materiales de construcción, sobre la importancia de mantener las viviendas en buenas condiciones de estructura, higiene y limpieza y de cómo convivir en un ambiente limpio y aseado para evitar enfermedades.
Abstract
In this work, a sanitary and housing diagnostic is presented in La Paz neighborhood, located on the island of San Andrés, in order to make decisions about the health situation and diseases related to the surroundings in the environment.
The diagnosis was made through surveys, developed by blocks and groups of support staff for its application. In addition, critical topics were identified, including important data such as the definition of critical issues to be addressed, such as desseas transmited by vectors, ETA, solid waste management, among others. In this study, a high rate of mosquitoes was found in water deposits, poor handling of food and solid waste, and diarrhea in the population.

Methodology: The sanitary diagnostic was implemented at La Paz neighborhood, located in the urban area of the department, A survey was designed as an instrument to apply to 60 households from which to determine the following aspects: sociodemographic conditions, economic conditions, housing conditions, management of water deposites, management of garbage and solid waste, health conditions of the inhabitants, food handling in order to identify the persistent health problems in the place.
The initial process was given with a basic presentation, explaining the objective of the diagntic and then the survey was applied.
Then, direct observations and recommendations were made on specific topics such as proper handling of these building materials, on the importance of keeping the homes in good conditions of structure, hygiene and cleanliness and how to live in a clean and neat environment to avoid diseases.
