Las actividades realizadas en el proyecto denominado Sistema de Alerta Temprana para Construcciones de Tunja Mediante SIG (2 Etapa) comprenden actividades de consulta, investigación, redacción y socialización con el propósito de aportar información al avance del desarrollo, de la gestión del riesgo en la ciudad de Tunja y a su vez poner en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante toda la carrera realizada de ingeniería civil.
Inicialmente se hicieron lecturas de tesis, artículos, guías y manuales para contextualizar la temática a trabajar, mediante estas se obtuvieron conocimientos sobre el estado del arte de los sistemas de alerta temprana en Colombia, construcción, vulnerabilidad de las estructuras, inspección antes durante y después de un sismo, evaluación y rehabilitación de edificaciones. Todos estos temas fueron fundamentales y dieron un enfoque a la consulta e investigación del aporte realizado en este proyecto.
Con la información adquirida durante el proceso de investigación del proyecto se visitaron diferentes barrios de la ciudad de Tunja, donde se presentó la apropiación social del conocimiento y talleres a través de herramientas didácticas, con el fin dar a conocer información acerca de cárcavas, bóvedas, rondas hídricas y vías férreas existentes; lo cual se consultó en el Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial, Corpoboyacá, Proactiva y en la plataforma TuSIG (sistema de información geográfica de Tunja), así mismo se dio una breve explicación del uso de esta herramienta.
Adicionalmente se elaboró un video explicativo, el cual tiene el objetivo de informar de manera didáctica lo que contiene la cartilla. Además, se realizó una inspección visual a los coliseos dispuestos por la ciudad de Tunja en caso de emergencias por sismo, con el fin de saber si estos se encuentran aptos para realizar esta función, este análisis también es un producto adicional.
Abstract
The activities carried out in the project called Early Warning System for Tunja Constructions Through GIS (2 Stage), consultation, research, writing and socialization activities with the purpose of providing information on the development progress, risk management in the city Tunja and in turn put into practice the knowledge acquired during the entire career of civil engineering.
Initially, thesis readings, articles, guides and manuals were made to contextualize the theme to work, through these, knowledge was obtained on the state of the art of early warning systems in Colombia, construction, threats of structures, inspection before during and after of an earthquake, evaluation and rehabilitation of buildings. All these topics were fundamental and obtained an approach to the consultation and investigation of the contribution made in this project.
With the information obtained during the research process of the project, different neighborhoods of the city of Tunja were found, where the social appropriation of knowledge and workshops was presented through didactic tools, in order to know information about the boxes, vaults, water rounds and airways; which is consulted in the Territorial Planning Plan, Corpoboyacá, Proactiva and in the TuSIG platform (Tunja geographical information system), as well as a brief explanation of the use of this tool.
In addition, an explanatory video was prepared, which aims to inform in a didactic way what the booklet contains. In addition, a visual inspection was carried out of the coliseums located in the city of Tunja in case of earthquake emergencies, in order to know if they are fit to perform this function, this analysis is also an additional product.
