Abstract

The purpose of this monograph is twofold: (1). A sports facility is an enclosure or construction provided with the necessary means for learning, practicing and competing in one or more sports. They include the areas where sports activities take place, the different complementary spaces and those for auxiliary services. The development of a sports complex that has a wide variety of equipment, the creation of the same will promote different sports disciplines through a functional, complete, sustainable and environmentally friendly architectural design, it will promote the creation and recovery of green areas, spaces public and air quality in the city of Sogamoso. (2) That Sogamoso, in the Department of Boyacá is a city considered as an industrial center, with a great patrimonial wealth and together with Tunja, Paipa, Duitama and Sogamoso, they make up the most important circuit of economic exchange and services in Boyacá. In addition, it is a transitory step towards the plains, which also favors its economy, and on the part of municipal entities such as the Institute of Recreation and Sports of Sogamoso IRDS and the Secretary of Health, they will expand their field of action by facilitating the use of this complex. only to the part of the population to which the project is directed, but to the elderly and all the people who want to enjoy it, improving their quality of life and exercising their right to recreation and sports.
