| dc.description | This reflection aims to highlight Afro-Colombian culture and emphasizes the importance of the 1991 Constitution in promoting ethnic and cultural diversity through its transitional Article 55, as developed in Law 70 of 1993. This law created the Afro-Colombian Studies Chair as a new alternative to preserve Afro-Colombian identity beyond the concept of ethno-education. It also underscores the importance of respecting human rights, especially in the realms of education and diversity. The analysis mentioned above specifically focuses on the city of Villavicencio and the implementation of this chair in some primary education institutions. | en |
| dc.description | Esta reflexión busca resaltar la cultura afrocolombiana y refleja cuán importante es que la Constitución de 1991 promueva la diversidad étnica y cultural a través de su artículo transitorio 55 desarrollado en la ley 70 de 1993 que creó la cátedrade estudios afrocolombianos como una nueva alternativa para rescatar la identidad afrocolombiana que exceda el concepto de etnoeducación -aunque lo tiene en cuenta yapunta al respeto por los derechos humanos (educación y diversidad). El análisis antes descrito se enfoca únicamente en la ciudad de Villavicencio sobre la implementación de la cátedra en algunas instituciones de básica primaria. | es |
