dc.description.abstractThis work aims to explore and analyze the possible effect of robotics on the unemployment of different industries subject to process automation, this in general for developed and developing economies, pointing out the different scenarios proposed by theorists, the Pessimistic and positivist, additionally this research also mentions the current state of the transition that Colombia presents to the digital era and finally emphasizes the presentation of CRETA and its impact on the service sector industry.spa
