Se desarrollo un proyecto de diseño arquitectónico consta en el diseño de un hotel boutique en área rural del municipio de Barichara Santander en el cual según los estudios macroeconómicos y microeconómicos direccionan la viabilidad de un proyecto hotelero para cumplir la demanda creciente del nicho turístico a nivel nacional como internacional.
El hotel se inspira en las características autóctonas de la región como su estética pausada en el tiempo, también usa materiales que no son de carácter industrializado como la tapia pisada y se direcciono por análisis bioclimático para el confort del ser humano así se vuelve un proyecto que busca la sostenibilidad y un bajo impacto en su huella ecológica tanto dentro del proceso de construcción como de su uso.
Por último tiene un carácter de implantación único en la región donde la vista y la espacialidad juega un papel en la experiencia del usuario, teniendo su implantación al borde de un cañón.

The hotel is inspired by the characteristics of the region as the aesthetics occurs in time, materials are also used that have not been industrialized as the letter and direction of the bioclimatic analysis for the comfort of the human being, as well as the project. It seeks sustainability and a low impact on its ecological footprint both within the construction process and its use.
Finally, it has a unique implementation character in the region where sight and spatiality play a role in the user's experience, taking into account its implantation on the edge of a canyon.
