Abstract

This research work is aimed at determining the causes that are generating the presence of humidity in interior walls, ceilings, metalwork and furniture of an apartment in the Bosques de San Gabriel residential complex. The patient object of analysis of the present pathological study is located in the city of Bogotá, town of Usaquén, Altos de Bella Suiza neighborhood (Delicias del Carmen), this is located at -74.02568 east longitude and 4.703508 north latitude. It is located to the northeast of the city of Bogotá on the eastern hills, with a height above sea level of 2,577 meters above sea level and an average temperature of 13 ° C. Apartment 202 of tower B where the investigation is carried out, is part of the Bosques de San Gabriel residential complex, which is made up of 4 towers of 6 floors each and is located in the current nomenclature on 127 c street with 3 race number 96. The scope of this research also includes the analysis and diagnosis of the injuries that are progressively deteriorating the interior of the apartment as well as the deterioration of the health of the inhabitants since the existing humidity generates proliferation of viruses, fungi and molds that will affect without a doubt the integrity of the inhabitants. In the same way, taking the results obtained as a starting point, the knowledge obtained throughout the specialization will be applied to implement the construction pathology methodology, thus generating a diagnosis which will allow to establish both the repair strategy and the hypothesis of prevention, for the repair of existing injuries.
