Malala beauty and makeup es una empresa diseñada para el crecimiento laboral de muchas mujeres quienes han encontrado en la venta de maquillaje una excelente opción de aumento de ingresos económicos para sus familias y una manera de empoderamiento.
La idea de negocio es la comercialización de maquillaje al por mayor y al detal de marcas naciones e internacionales.
Esta ha sido planeada y organizada de modo tal que funcione en el mercado actual, pues se logró identificar que el maquillaje es una compra necesaria y casi obligatoria en la mayoría de mujeres en Colombia, pero adicionalmente en los elementos de investigación utilizados se evidencio que en los últimos años las compras virtuales se han potencializado, pues los clientes prefieren comprar desde la comodidad de sus hogares, por tanto Malala se encuentra en Instagram como malalamakeup_ y en Facebook como Malala, generando confianza y tranquilidad.
Abstract
Malala beauty and makeup is a company designed for the labor growth of many women who have found in the sale of makeup an excellent option of increase of economic income for his families and a way of empoderamiento. The idea of business is the commercialization of wholesale makeup and to the detal of brands nations and international. This one has been planned and organized in a such way that works on the current market, since it was achieved to identify that the makeup is a necessary and almost obligatory purchase in the majority of women in Colombia, but additional in the elements of investigation used I demonstrate that in the last years the virtual purchases have promoted, Since the clients prefer buying from the comfort of his homes, therefore Malala is in Instagram as malalamakeup_ and in Facebook as Malala, generating confidence and tranquility.
