Se buscó determinar la relación entre el IMC y los factores de riesgo en trabajadores del Ministerio de Transporte y cómo ésta se afecta por la interacción de profesionales en el área de actividad física para la salud . Se utilizó la base de datos de los funcionarios durante el periodo 2012- 2015; para la asociación de variables donde se aplicó la prueba de Chi-cuadrado para determinar el nivel de significancia. Se obtuvo que en los datos del año 2012 se la asociación IMC y los factores de riesgo no presenta influencias significativas ; por otra parte, desde el año 2013 hasta el año 2015, todas las asociaciones de variables con la práctica de ejercicio físico fueron significativas.
Abstract
We sought to determine the relationship between the BMI and the risk factors in workers of the Ministry of Transport and how this is affected by the interaction of professionals in the area of physical activity for health. The database of the officials was used during the period 2012-2015; for the association of variables where the Chi-square test was applied to determine the level of significance. It was obtained that in the data of the year 2012 the IMC association and the risk factors do not present significant influences; On the other hand, from 2013 to 2015, all associations of variables with the practice of physical exercise were significant.
