Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación nace del interés de tres (3) estudiantes de Economía por aproximarse al conocimiento y análisis de temas relacionados con el proceso de paz y la estructura que se forma en torno a ello, teniendo presente que cada parte de esta estructura es determinante en las condiciones de desarrollo tanto en el presente como en el futuro próximo del país. Debido a trabajos de aula realizados con anterioridad, la USTA Bucaramanga ha tenido la oportunidad de acercarse y conocer un poco del funcionamiento de la Agencia Colombiana para la Reintegración (ACR) y de los objetivos de su programa muy relacionados con las metas del proceso de paz. En esta oportunidad la temática surge debido al interés por conocer la utilidad que pueden tener indicadores de información en instituciones estatales, y en este caso particular en la ACR Santander.
El presente proyecto de investigación se enfoca en la construcción de una propuesta de indicadores para la ACR Santander, basado en la construcción de metadatos que respondan a las necesidades de información que la regional manifieste y a especificidades que se determinen pertinentes conocer bajo un contexto regional.
El documento en su primer capítulo introduce la temática de investigación estableciendo la problemática y los objetivos de la misma. El segundo capítulo se dedica al marco referencial, teórico y conceptual que sustenta la propuesta. Finalmente, los capítulos tres y cuatro presentan la metodológica del trabajo y los resultados de investigación correspondientes a la propuesta específica de batería de indicadores.
Abstract
This research project stems from the interest of three (3) economics students in approaching knowledge and analysis of issues related to the peace process and the structure that is formed around it, bearing in mind that each part of this structure is determinant in the conditions of development both in the present and in the near future of the country. Due to previous classroom work, the USTA Bucaramanga has had the opportunity to approach and learn a little about the operation of the Colombian Agency for Reintegration (ACR) and the objectives of its program closely related to the goals of the peace process . This time the thematic wave due to the interest in knowing the usefulness of information indicators in state institutions, and in this particular case in the ACR Santander.
This research project focuses on the construction of a proposal of indicators for the ACR Santander, based on the construction of metadata that respond to the information needs of the regional region and the specificities that are determined in relation to the regional context.
The document in its first chapter presents the research theme establishing the problem and its objectives. The second chapter is dedicated to the referential, theoretical and conceptual framework that supports the proposal. Finally, chapters three and four present the work methodology and the research results corresponding to the specific proposal for the battery of indicators.
