| dc.description | La necesidad de abrir la academia a escenarios de luchas sociales y tejido comunitario viene siendo cada vez más innegable. Traspasados por las viralizaciones pandémicas que tratan de inculcar un miedo creciente al otro, el alfabetismo jurídico persiste en su tendencia a tender puentes, al encuentro singular con la alteridad, con el afuera de la institución universitaria. A través de la evocación de los acontecimientos de la toma del Palacio de Justicia en 1985 en Colombia, se potenció una aproximación a lo Real de esa tragedia en la memoria social, abriendo la comprensión del investigador hacia un alfabetismo híbrido o anfibio, capaz de ir más allá de los esquemas de comprensión propios de la academia. El papel del derecho como garante de libertades y derechos fundamentales en el caso de la Toma del Palacio de Justicia, en noviembre de 1985 fue completamente obliterado, generando una desconfianza radical hacia un modo jurídico de resolver conflictos, y más bien produciendo una imagen de Leviatán terrible del Estado y las fuerzas armadas en particular. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | The need to open the academy to scenarios of social struggles and community fabric has been increasingly undeniable. Pierced by pandemic viralizations that try to instill a growing fear of the other, legal literacy persists in its tendency to build bridges, to the singular encounter with otherness, with the outside of the university institution. Through the evocation of the events of the seizure of the Palace of Justice in 1985 in Colombia, an approach to the Real of that tragedy in social memory was enhanced, opening the researcher's understanding towards a hybrid or amphibious literacy, capable of going beyond the schemes of understanding typical of the academy. The role of the law as a guarantor of fundamental freedoms and rights in the case of the Seizure of the Palace of Justice in November 1985 was completely obliterated, generating a radical distrust of a legal way of resolving conflicts, and rather producing a terrible Leviathan image of the State and the armed forces in particular. | spa |
