dc.descriptionTeniendo en cuenta que Colombia cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada, conecta con más de 3.700 rutas marítimas a nivel mundial y el mayor porcentaje de los niveles de exportación e importación se manejan vía marítima, se hace oportuno mejorar la infraestructura y capacidad con la que cuentan los puertos marítimos actualmente. Es por esto que se va a proponer el COMPLEJO INDUSTRIAL PORTUARIO DE BUENAVENTURA con el cual se pretende que Colombia sea competitiva a nivel mundial en el sector portuario y de igual manera proponer la reubicación de la población que se sitúa en la isla cascajal, ya que esta zona presenta una amenaza alta de inundación en la cual no es posible brindarles una condición de vida óptima. Para tal fin se realizó una propuesta de la ampliación , recuperación y reorganización del puerto de buenaventura que cumpla con los altos estándares de calidad que debe tener un puerto marítimo para mejorar la competitividad de Colombia a nivel mundial , de igual forma este contara con la propuesta arquitectónica y funcional del acceso , de la torre de control y del restaurante el cual se ubicara en el malecón con el fin de fortalecer y brindar un espacio optimo a la población turística con la que cuenta buenaventura por ser una de las ciudades que tiene uno de los puertos más importantes de Colombia .spa
