Introduction: Understanding the cranial, maxillary, mandibular, and cervical relationship is essential for the diagnosis and treatment of morphological and functional alterations in the stomatognathic system. Understanding these integrated areas' functional balance allows an approach to the different clinical entities' etiology, timely diagnoses, and successful treatment approaches based on scientific evidence. Objective: Evaluate the relationship between the craniovertebral angulation with different maxillo-mandibular, cervical and respiratory variables in lateral skull radiographs of children 6 to 12 years old from the city of Bucaramanga. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional analytical observational study was carried out. The sample consisted of 129 lateral skull radiographs. Results: The craniovertebral angulation showed a positive/high correlation with the ANB angle (0.92), positive/moderate correlation with the sub-occipital space, intervertebral space, and the cranial-odontoid angular relationship; Likewise, a positive/low correlation was found with cervical curvature and the sagittal position of the hyoid bone. Additionally, a positive/moderate correlation was found between the hyoid bone's height with the hyoid triangle (0.66) and the vertical relationship between the cranial base, maxillary and mandibular planes. Conclusions: A positive correlation was found between craniovertebral angulation with the maxillo-mandibular discrepancy, inter-vertebral spaces, sagittal curvature, and the hyoid bone position. No statistically significant correlation was found between the airway variables with the evaluated Cranio-maxillary variables. Keywords: Posture, cervical vertebrae, maxilla, hyoid bone, adenoid.spa
