La casa cultural del dibujo, se proyecta mediante un estudio del contexto de Barrancabermeja en la comuna 2 a partir de la accesibilidad, dinámicas sociales, equipamientos dotacionales y de carácter cultural de la comuna, determinantes específicas del entorno, abarcando temas de usuario potencial, datos demográficos, cultura rivereña entre otros, estos mismos nutren y respaldan la nueva edificación cultural. En segunda instancia se analizaron bienes y edificaciones de carácter cultural existentes en Santander y Barrancabermeja, casas culturales que muestran la realidad constructiva y tipológica de los patios; edificio tipo claustro, objetos que muestran lo que se entiende por casas culturales , también se estudiaron edificios de casa cultura fuera del territorio, se tomó como referentes base, proyectos existentes que serían el deber ser , esto con el fin de entender la tipología del edificio, zonificación, funcionamiento, orientación, formas de iluminación y ventilación, así , damos entendimiento a como se estructura una casa cultural y cuáles son los espacios propios de la misma, en añadidura, el mobiliario necesario que demarcara el enfoque y especialidad de la edificación, en este caso sería el dibujo como actividad principal. Teniendo en cuenta estos 2 pilares de realidad y deber ser (tipologías), más los criterios de diseño del referente teórico y el lenguaje arquitectónico a profundizar, (monumental, racional, utópico , eclecticismo, llenos y vacíos, arquitectura paradójica y cartesiana );de los cuales se hace una reinterpretación del regionalismo crítico y el eclecticismo; como resultado se genera una propuesta arquitectónica justificada y coherente ante el contexto de Barrancabermeja, para agregar, se hizo énfasis en las indicaciones del POT, como se estructura, planificación urbana a futuro, tratamientos urbanísticos, áreas de actividad, posibles riegos del predio, su estabilidad entre otras cosas. Además, y muy importante, se recopilan los lineamientos y normativas nacionales vigentes respecto a lo cultural. Por último, haciendo uso de todos los insumos e información se hace una proyección en el sitio más adecuado para la implantación del nuevo objeto arquitectónico y más importante que las actividades sociales externas concuerden con lo establecido en la casa cultural.
Abstract
The house of drawings CCDD, was designed by a study of the context of Barrancabermeja in commune 1 and 2, its accessibility, dynamics, relevant equipment, determinants of the environment, covering topics of potential user, demographic data, riverine culture among others, These same nurtures and supports the new cultural edification. In the second instance, it was analyzed the buildings of existing cultural houses that show the reality of this object in Barrancabermeja and Santander, in the same way, it was taken as reference base, existing projects that would be the duty of the cultural houses, this in order to understand the typology of the building, zoning, operation, orientation, forms of lighting and ventilation, as well as giving understanding how a cultural house is structured and what are the spaces of it, in addition, the necessary furniture that will demarcate the focus and specialty of the building, in this case would be the drawing as main activity. Taking into account these 2 pillars of reality and must be (typologies), plus the design criteria of the theoretical reference and the architectural language to deepen, (monumental, rational, utopian , eclectic, full and empty, paradoxical architecture and Cartesian );of which a reinterpretation of critical regionalism and eclecticism is made; as a result, an architectural proposal is generated that is justified and coherent in the context of Barrancabermeja, To add, emphasis was placed on the POT’s indications, such as structure, future urban planning, urban treatment, areas of activity, possible risks of the site, its stability and other things. In addition, the national cultural guidelines and regulations are compiled, Finally, using all the inputs and information, a projection is made on the site most suitable for the implementation of the new architectural object and more important that external social activities are consistent with what has been established in the cultural house.
A little context, we went from being an individualistic society (city - state), to becoming an industrial society - which is in mutation because there is a new need for quality, a clarification of ideas, a need for identity and ultimately of tradition as a support point to build modernity at the end of the century. The development of an architectural proposal for a cultural house for commune 2 of Barrancabermeja with a focus on artistic drawing, arises from the physical-spatial needs in the development of leisure, cultural, artistic and even pedagogical activities. The lack of these sites suitable for its operation and disposal is noticeable in the oil city. With this project we will provide an architectural solution addressing concepts and design criteria such as monumentality, constructive rationalism, critical regionalism, eclecticism, utopian architecture. Paradoxical and Cartesian as defined by the architect Ricardo Bofill, all this in response to the industrial context of Barrancabermeja, since it is home to the largest refinery in Colombia.
