| dc.description | El presente informe final, descrito en este documento corresponde a las prácticas llevadas a cabo en el desarrollo de la carrera y se aplicaron a la empresa en cuestión, las cuales permitieron analizar la relación de la organización con los factores que influyen en su gestión y poder contribuir con el mejoramiento de la situación actual que presenta con relación a su entorno. Este Proyecto consta de tres zonas de estudio que permitieron arrojar los resultados obtenidos en este informe. La primera zona llamada de Gestión, la segunda de Operación y la tercera de Transferencia, que a lo largo de la observación y entrevista realizada al propietario Gerente General llevó a realizar los diagnósticos para la empresa, y su plan de acción lo cual facilitará la empresa a tomar las medidas necesarias para su buen funcionamiento y una mejor elaboración de sus productos. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This final report, described in this document corresponds to the practices carried out in the career development and applied to the company in question, which allowed analyzing the relationship of the organization with the factors influencing its management and power contribute to improving the current situation presented in relation to their environment. This project consists of three areas of study that shed allowed the results in this report. The first area called Management, the second operation and the third transfer, which along observation and interview the owner General Manager led to perform diagnostics for the company and its plan of action which will facilitate the company to take the necessary measures for its proper functioning and better development of their products. | spa |
