    Artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the way businesses build and manage their brands. By offering powerful tools to analyze large volumes of data and uncover complex patterns, AI enables businesses to make more informed and personalized decisions. The use of this tool made it possible to develop a brand proposal from the solidarity seedbed of the virtual business administration program of the Santo Tomás University, with the purpose of enhancing the success and relevance of the Yugen company in the leather goods market. In the development of the research, the perceptions of its consumers were analyzed. The result was the creation of two new brand proposals: "ECLIPSI" and "BELLEZA OCULTA". These proposals highlight the quality and exclusivity of the products, better aligning Yugen's identity with market expectations.

    This paper examines the evolution of labor informality indicators in the city of Bogotá before and after the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main objective is to compare the informality index in Colombia and to quantify the proportion of unregistered workers, both before and after the arrival of the coronavirus. The structure of the study includes an introduction with the thematic delimitation, specific purposes, state of the art and conceptualization. Next, the quantitative methodology is explained through the application of a survey to the informally employed population. This is followed by an analysis of the findings and conclusions derived from the fieldwork. The latter point to the devastating effect of the health crisis on the livelihoods of these workers, revealing the fragility of their domestic economies. The study emphasizes the urgent need for greater government support and comprehensive public policies to promote a transformation of informal employment.

    This analysis is carried out in the company “Districarnes La Avenida” located in the municipality of Restrepo, department of Meta, said company develops as its main activity the processing and distribution of meat products and their derivatives. A situational analysis of the company was developed, through the implementation of the modernization model tool for the management of organizations or also known by its acronym MMGO. This is a matrix developed in Excel, divided into the different sectors that comprise an organization, in order to quantitatively evaluate and weight each of these and therefore giving the consultant or developer an appreciative analysis about the business sectors evaluated. To understand and learn about the company's problem, it was decided to carry out a series of interviews with the administrator and, in the case of the company in question, owner at the same time, in order to inquire about the internal and external situation of the company. study object company.

    Casa Chicalá will be a tourism enterprise located in the municipality of Villanueva, Santander, aimed at offering a unique lodging experience. Visitors will have the opportunity to connect with nature, engage in extreme sports, explore historical sites, and immerse themselves in local traditions. This document aims to demonstrate the financial, operational, and social feasibility of Casa Chicalá, as well as the relevance of this establishment in addressing the need to expand the tourism offer in Villanueva by leveraging its yet-to-be-optimized natural wealth. The objectives, detailed activities, and specific steps necessary to start operations will be defined. The business plan is structured as follows: • Environmental and sector analysis: PESTEL matrix for the external environment and analysis of Porter's 5 forces for the internal environment. • Market study: Surveys to identify stakeholder preferences and inform decision-making. • Technical/operational and organizational study: Technical data sheets for the products offered, organizational chart, and function descriptions manual. • Legal and environmental study: List of permits, licenses, and taxes necessary for the opening and operation of the business. • Financial formulation and evaluation: Budgets, income projections, sales prices, and start-up costs to determine the economic and financial viability of the project. Casa Chicalá aims to become a tourism reference in Villanueva, providing visitors with a complete and enriching experience while contributing to the region's economic and social development.

    The degree project focuses on analyzing and improving the strategic position of the company Quimicos Serch SAS through the application of various strategic management tools to carry out an appropriate improvement plan. Key matrices and analyzes were implemented to evaluate both the external and internal environment of the organization, with the objective of identifying areas of improvement and growth opportunities. All of these tools are important to guide the best way to focus companies on the final objective and evaluate the areas of the organization to determine its shortcomings and its main strengths. The tools that were used were EFE, EFI, PEYEA, SWOT, COMPETITIVE PROFILE and QUANTITATIVE Based on the analyzes carried out, key strategies were identified to improve the competitiveness of the company Químicos Serch SAS. These strategies include optimizing internal resources, exploring new market opportunities, and mitigating identified threats. The project provides a solid framework for making strategic decisions with the improvement plan that will allow the company to achieve its short and long-term objectives through the proposed action plans.

    The main objective of this article is to analyze the challenges and opportunities faced by international companies in the global foreign exchange market, considering that international business is an important channel for expansion and diversification for domestic companies. Within this framework, the key challenges facing companies are examined and three main challenges have been identified: the risk associated with the exchange rate, volatility in exchange rates and the need to form a competent team for such tasks. Previously, various strategic opportunities are explored to mitigate the above risks. These opportunities include conducting speculative transactions that generate arbitration opportunities, the use of financial instruments such as futures contracts, foreign currency financing, international investment and the ability to take advantage of exchange rate fluctuations. As a final result, the importance of providing companies with the necessary knowledge to mitigate the challenges and identify these opportunities and develop effective strategies in the field of international trade and global financial markets is highlighted.

    This document is based on a strategic diagnosis to create the training area of a study abroad agency called Educonnecting S.A.S. Located in Bogotá, Carrera 11 # 93-53 Office 204. This initiative originated on September 13, 2021, and was supported with the MMGO tool (Modernization Model for Organizational Management) founded by the EAN University. With this tool, the development of the diagnosis was promoted, in order to evaluate each of the areas of the company, determining the fundamental characteristics of the current situation of the company and its environment. Four fundamental phases have been segmented that will give rise to an entire action plan that allows establishing an organizational strategy focused on strengthening the company's work performance. The first phase consists of the internal analysis of the company where the main characteristics of Educonnecting are described. In the second phase, an analysis was carried out at a macro and micro environment level, taking into account political, economic and social aspects; likewise, its suppliers, clients, intermediaries and competitors. In the third phase, the development of the diagnosis continued, taking into account the results derived from the MMGO tool and the corresponding analysis of the different factors. In the fourth phase, once the data has been analyzed, the problem statement is formulated to determine the best alternative solutions.

    This degree project proposes an innovative business plan for the creation of a company in Bogotá, dedicated to the manufacturing and distribution of CBD products for athletes. The company will focus on developing high-quality products, taking advantage of the analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties of CBD, a non-psychoactive component of cannabis. Despite the mixed scientific evidence on the effectiveness of CBD in pain management, the company is committed to overcoming these challenges through continued research and product development. Additionally, the company will strive to educate consumers about the benefits and risks of CBD, promoting its safe and effective use in sports. With a focus on the athlete market in Bogotá, the company aspires to satisfy an unmet need and contribute to the well-being of athletes through natural and effective solutions for pain management.

    Companies require tools and/or instruments to carry out a situational analysis of their organizational environment, which allows them to trace a route of change, seeking improvement from the analysis of information, through a diagnosis of the current state according to the areas that make up the company, identifying the main needs to establish actions that contribute to the development of organizational management. In the development of this project, the analysis tool is used to identify the aspects of the organization's macroenvironment in order to evaluate the political, economic, social, technological, ecological-environmental and legal factors, which can directly or indirectly affect the performance of the company through the application of the PESTEL matrix tool, which contributes to the strategic analysis to act in a timely manner against changes that may arise. Likewise, the tool of the Modernization Model for the Management of MMGO Organizations was used, managing to make a diagnosis of the environment of the company Piccola Itálica, identifying the critical areas for the definition of an action plan that provides a response to the needs. found, contemplating the cause analysis using the 5 Why technique, the matrices of external factors (EFE), internal factors (EFI), the matrix of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats (SWOT), quantitative planning matrix strategy (MCPE), strategic map and the Balanced Scorecard, tools for strategic analysis that is used in planning, the decisions of the legal representative and references of theories that support its development. Through the diagnosis carried out, the actions for improvement in strategic direction and organizational structure are defined, contemplating the aspects that must be intervened to improve the organization in its business structure. In the same way, the description of the action plans is carried out in a comprehensive manner, which contributes to the definition of a strategic framework that guides its activities in an organized and planned manner to achieve its objectives.

    Within the scope of this research work, the case of Decotextil, a company specializing in the commercialization of essential upholstery supplies such as textiles and foam, is examined in meticulous detail. The fundamental purpose of this inquiry lies in identifying opportunities to optimize the company's operational processes. In today's business environment, the constant pursuit of efficiency is a paramount objective. In this context, the focus is on Decotextil, evaluating how it can enhance its performance. The analysis commences with a comprehensive review of the company's history and corporate identity, including its stated mission, vision, objectives, and established goals. Concurrently, a thorough analysis is conducted of both internal and external factors influencing Decotextil. This analysis encompasses everything from an examination of internal operations and market positioning, to the study of industry trends and the broader economic landscape. Based on this holistic analysis, areas with potential for improvement are identified. In this study, inventory management has been highlighted as a critical component for enhancement. This facet encompasses a review of storage methods, tracking mechanisms, and materials distribution, with the aim of boosting the company's efficiency in these pivotal aspects. The culmination of the analysis results in the formulation of a concrete action plan. Focused on enhancing inventory management, this plan could encompass the implementation of advanced tracking systems, the restructuring of inventory levels to prevent shortages as well as excess, and the adoption of more agile and dynamic logistical practices. In summation, this study serves as a tool to thoroughly comprehend the internal workings of Decotextil and, based on this comprehension, propose tangible improvements in its inventory management. By achieving this purpose, not only will the company's operational efficiency be amplified, but it will also contribute to the fulfillment of its strategic objectives and its sustainable stance in the upholstery market.

    The purpose of this work was to establish an improvement proposal by means of the matrix Modernization Model for the Management of Organizations (MMGO) for the company Clínica San Juan Bautista located in the municipality of San Juan del Cesar - La Guajira. For the development of the research, an-interview was conducted with human talent management, some heads of each area of the company. Through this interview we obtained the necessary information to apply the MMGO matrix, which allowed us to detect different weaknesses and opportunities of the company. The purpose was to identify what is generating these weaknesses, whether due to budgets, lack of knowledge or low economic profitability. It was made clear to this institution that this is a diagnosis for improvement and not a criticism of the different existing organizational structures. In addition, it was pointed out that, in previous years, the San Juan Bautista Clinic was one of the best institutions providing health services in the municipality and its surroundings, and that, although its growth has slowed down, it can still be restored in all aspects.

    This work is done in order to talk about the variables that are part of the organizational diagnosis of the company Convergentic SAS, a company dedicated to the ICT sector for more than two years, with a margin of competitive and comparative advantages very marked thanks to the dynamism of its environment. Here, as part of the practical process of obtaining business skills, we will deal with 18 points of great importance, starting with the characterization of the company, going through the analysis of the macro and micro environment, the organizational diagnosis, the identification of the characteristics of the environment through the PEYEA matrix, the analysis and interpretation of results, the selection and approach of problems, the improvement proposal, action plans and the establishment of corrective actions, all this in order to direct the situation of the company under study towards the solution, growth and structural development. Likewise, the use of critical, analytical and deductive thinking of the professional in training is the key to the assertive development of each point, allowing to obtain a global vision of the internal and external situations and to mesh them with the main objective of this project.

    In this document, Distribuidora Mundial de Llantas, a company located in the municipality of Villavicencio and whose main activity is the commercialization of tires, undergoes a situational analysis through the tool Modelo de Modernización para la Gestión de las Organizaciones - MMGO, which is a matrix in Excel that evaluates all areas of the organizations and with which it was evidenced that the critical areas of this company are knowledge management, service delivery, organizational culture and social responsibility; and a situational analysis of the service provision was defined, taking into account the type of economic activity that the company develops. In order to know the central problem in the provision of the service, the technique of the five whys and the tree of problems is applied, where it is evident that the problem is found in the management of inventories; an analysis of the internal and external factors that may affect the development of its activities is carried out, as well as the development of a SWOT matrix in order to know the weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats of the organization, thus allowing to propose an improvement plan for the management of its inventories. In order to find an alternative solution to the root problem, the position of some authors on inventory management is read, where their visions coincide in affirming that an optimal inventory management consolidates the effectiveness and efficiency in the provision of services; therefore, it is proposed as an alternative solution to apply either the "Inventory Management Model in Maximum and Minimum", the "Economic Order Quantity Model - EOQ" or the “Inventory Control System CGI5” to ensure good inventory management.

    In the present work you will find the complete diagnosis made to the company HOSTAL EL DORADO RAMIRIQUI, a company that provides accommodation services located in the municipality of Ramiriquí, department of Boyacá. It is intended to design an improvement proposal that strengthens the administrative process based on the problems found in the diagnosis. This was done through a detailed analysis of each of the areas belonging to the organization, in order to determine the strengths and weaknesses. The diagnosis was made based on the MMGO tool (Model of Modernization for the Management of Organizations). According to the diagnosis made, it was identified that the areas with the greatest weakness, clarifying that it does not export or import, are: human management, strategic direction and organizational structure. For the good of the company and understanding that the strategic direction is the guide and the definition of where the company's efforts are directed, it was concluded that the area selected to establish the general problem is the Strategic Direction. Finally, the solution proposal oriented to an action plan and a series of strategies was developed. For this, the mission, vision, map of processes and corporate values were raised. It seeks to develop knowledge, skills and aptitudes that prepare them to face the demands of the business environment.

    The present work presents a process of characterization, external and internal analysis, diagnosis and proposal of solution of the commercials problems of the company JDV belonging to the audiovisual advertising and software sector. It starts with a characterization of the company, then examines the context through the PEST analysis, along with the analysis of the 5 forces of Porter, then makes an internal diagnosis of the previous strategies, the situation with respect to the mix of marketing, sales, finance to define the competitive position of the company with the use of the McKinsey matrix and finalize the diagnosis with the DOFA matrix. Based on the internal and external analysis, the problems that arise in the company are identified and after a selection with the use of the PEYEA matrix, the actions recommended by the company are defined, in order to finally develop a work plan articulated with the Balanced Scorecard, with a view to solving the problems.
