Abstract

As part of the content to work in this workship, some issues become focus of current analysis for problems that are generated in urban areas, which receive a significant burden when we faced with a peace process, having issues to solve Such as inclusion, job offer, housing offer, education, sutable public spaces, which allow the integration of the whole community. Issues related to the environment its tendency nowadays because of the increase in the prevalence of the generalized human consumption, generating focal axes that help to mitigate the environmental damages generated, thus we understand the new currents as: sustainability, energy efficiency , Renewable energy, clean energy production, biomaterials, materials with recycling process and sustainability. All in order to mitigate the carbon footprint that is generated in human activities either in the public space or in the piece built.
