dc.description	La investigación presentada corresponde a un estudio que tuvo como propósito determinar la factibilidad comercial, técnica, económica y jurídica para la creación de la empresa Inversiones AN & LI SAS - Lubricenter Tundama en el municipio de Duitama – Boyacá, orientada a la prestación del servicio de lubricación automotriz para vehículos de carga pesada. Se trata de una investigación de tipo mixto en la cual desde el método cuantitativo se estimaron variables para viabilizar la implementación de dicha empresa, desde el método cualitativo se tuvieron en cuenta las opiniones, sugerencias y reflexiones de los sujetos participantes del estudio. Se llegó a la conclusión que para implementar o crear cualquier empresa, es necesario realizar un estudio de mercadeo, en el cual a partir de las opiniones de los sujetos se puedan precisar las necesidades demandadas por potenciales clientes, además es fundamental realizar estudios comerciales, técnicos, económicos y jurídicos que permitan validar las necesidades diagnosticadas.	spa
dc.description.abstract	The research presented corresponds to a study whose purpose was to determine the commercial, technical, economic and legal feasibility for the creation of the company Inversiones AN & LI SAS - Lubricenter Tundama in the municipality of Duitama - Boyacá, aimed at providing the service of Automotive lubrication for heavy duty vehicles. It is a mixed type investigation in which variables were estimated from the quantitative method to make the implementation of said company feasible, from the qualitative method the opinions, suggestions and reflections of the subjects participating in the study were taken into account. It was concluded that to implement or create any company, it is necessary to carry out a marketing study, in which the needs demanded by potential clients can be specified from the opinions of the subjects, it is also essential to carry out commercial and technical studies, economic and legal that allow validating the diagnosed needs.	spa
