La pasantía se desarrolló en el Departamento de Gestión Catastral Multipropósito de
la ciudad de Tunja, dependencia adscrita a la Alcaldía, que se encarga de los
procesos catastrales en los diferentes predios que conforman el área metropolitana.
En este sentido, el trabajo desarrollado se enfoca en el apoyo a las diferentes
gestiones catastrales de los barrios asignados según la directriz del Coordinador del
equipo, tales como: análisis y verificación de los predios adjudicados mediante la
herramienta tipo GIS “Geovisor” para referenciar las ofertas inmobiliarias y de
Precenso con el fin de establecer los escenarios deseables eficientes para las
estructuras y sistemas del territorio siendo especialmente relevantes para los Planes
de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial en los diferentes ámbitos y escalas del
municipio de Tunja.
Abstract
"The internship was carried out in the Multipurpose Cadastral Department of the city
of Tunja, a division attached to the Mayor's Office, which is responsible for cadastral
processes in the different properties that make up the metropolitan area. In this
sense, the work developed focuses on supporting the various cadastral management
tasks for the assigned neighborhoods according to the guidelines of the team
coordinator, such as: analysis and verification of properties awarded through the GIS
tool "Geovisor" to reference real estate offers and pre-census data, in order to
establish desirable and efficient scenarios for the structures and systems of the
territory, being especially relevant for the Development and Territorial Planning Plans
at the different levels and scales of the municipality of Tunja."
