La idea surge del interés de los estudiantes de CFDR sobre el tema de la Educación Experiencial y todos sus beneficios, donde se encontraran todas las necesidades a nivel organizacional en brindar a sus funcionarios diferentes espacios de esparcimiento, diversión y formación de los cuales se pueda sacar provecho para el mismo funcionamiento interno de cada organización y así mismo de su productividad. Partiendo de esto la idea se encamina a ofrecer a las organizaciones, diferentes tipos de actividades, recreo-deportivas, Outdoor Trainning y de formación en desarrollo personal, esto en variedad de espacios diferentes al lugar de trabajo en donde cada persona pueda lograr enfocarse en sí misma, y que fortalezca sus capacidades y habilidades blandas en su trabajo.
Abstract
The idea arises from the interest of the students of CFDR on the subject of Experiential Education and all its benefits, where all the needs at the organizational level will be found in providing its officials with different spaces for recreation, fun and training from which they can get benefit for the same internal functioning of each organization and also its productivity. Based on this, the idea is aimed at offering organizations different types of activities, recreational sports, Outdoor Trainning and training in personal development, this in a variety of different spaces to the workplace where each person can focus on themselves. herself, and to strengthen her soft skills and abilities at work.
