| dc.description | During the Covid-19 pandemic, companies were forced to send their human capital to work from home, which caused an obvious health risk and derived, of course, from the multiplicity of changes that were generated as a result of it. This case study had a qualitative and quantitative research methodology, where in-depth information was obtained from the narrations of the workers of the Villavicencio Mayor’s Of fice. The inadequate adaptation or transition of companies and society to the changes during the pandemic was evidenced, which produced high levels of stress, affecting the well-being of people, since it became visible that these changes exceeded their adjustment capacities. | en |
| dc.description | Durante la pandemia de Covid-19, las empresas se vieron obligadas a enviar a su capital humano a trabajar desde casa, lo que causó un evidente riesgo en la salud, derivado de la multiplicidad de cambios que se generaron como consecuencia de esta enfermedad. Este estudio de caso tuvo una metodología de investigación mixta, en el cual se obtuvo información a profundidad a partir de las narraciones de los trabajadores de la Alcaldía de Villavicencio. Se evidenció la inadecuada adaptación o transición de las empresas y de la sociedad a los cambios durante la pandemia, lo cual produjo altos niveles de estrés, afectando el bienestar de las personas, pues se hizo visible que estos cambios sobrepasaron sus capacidades. | es |
