In this dynamic business world where, among other things, the threat of competition, the uncertainty as to whether or not an enterprise works, with so many accelerated changes, understanding what factors influence the continuity of the company in the sector has become fundamental. It is here where leadership and organizational culture play a very important role and become so relevant due to the same capacity that strategic decisions, adaptation to change and sustainability over time emanate from there. This study analyzes the role played by leadership and organizational culture in the continuity of companies, especially in times of crisis, reorganization and uncertainty. The main objective is to answer the question: How do leadership and organizational culture decisions influence the prevention of corporate liquidation? For this purpose, a literature review was carried out, initially 160 research articles were selected from Internet databases, related to the topic, after a filtering process by similarity, 40 articles were analyzed in depth, which were organized into six thematic categories: leadership, organizational culture, innovation and adaptation, corporate governance, regulatory and financial framework, and business survival. The results obtained in Table 1. Table of results, show that both leadership and organizational culture are crucial factors when a company wants to remain active and in operation. Effective leadership, which is a skill that any professional must have and is essential, characterized by ethics, communication, participation and guiding the organization towards the achievement of objectives, is associated with higher levels of ability to face, overcome adversities and adapt easily. Thus, the organizational cultures of companies that promote integrity codes, transparency, corporate values, collaboration and learning from mistakes favor more stable environments that are prepared to face moments of crisis. The connection of these two factors influences strategic decision making, response to the environment, innovation and change management. With respect to the above and the analysis, it can be concluded that leadership and organizational culture do have an impact on the continuity of the companies, which, if they are well strengthened, take the reins to be able to deal with all those external, financial and structuring factors that may appear, and aligning these two elements leads to sustainability over time.
