Sostenibilidad y Desarrollo Territorial del Departamento del Meta Visión 2040, busca perfeccionar la estructura organizacional y la división político-administrativa para escalar a líder mediante la puesta en marcha de un modelo de desarrollo territorial, sostenible con base en la gestión eficiente, compromiso con el Medio Ambiente y capacidad para generar oportunidades a sus habitantes, convirtiéndose en referente regional y nacional respectivamente. Con lo anterior se busca intervenir las provincias de cada municipio a fin de optimizar la vida de las comunidades de los Centros Poblados no configurados y cuyos resultados sean modelos a replicar en el país en general.
Desde la óptica de la Planeación para el Desarrollo Territorial, se observa que existen aglomeraciones, centros poblados, asentamientos humanos e inspecciones un tanto atrasadas dado al descuido de gestionar su ascenso a Corregimiento y/o a Municipio respectivamente; con lo cual se tendría acceso a infraestructura, dotaciones como también al sistema nacional de participación, por lo que: los territorios se deben evaluar, caracterizar y promover vía ordenanza o acuerdo municipal, como espacio geográfico emergente viable y sostenible desde los principios sociales, económicos, ambientales y políticos; a modo de estrategia para la comisión eficiente de recursos y la resolución de conflictos territoriales en la Población Configurada.
Por lo tanto, es urgente replantear la organización territorial y la división política del Departamento del Meta, pues nuevos municipios permitirán mejor gestión y participación en la distribución de recursos que incluya sus nuevos Corregimientos.
Abstract
The Sustainability and Territorial Development Department of Meta Visión 2040 seeks to improve the organizational structure and political-administrative division to achieve leadership through the implementation of a sustainable territorial development model based on efficient management, a commitment to the environment, and the ability to generate opportunities for its inhabitants, becoming a regional and national benchmark, respectively. The goal is to intervene in the provinces of each municipality to optimize the lives of communities in non-conforming populated centers, creating results that can be replicated nationwide.
From the perspective of Territorial Development Planning, it is observed that there are agglomerations, population centers, human settlements, and inspections that are somewhat delayed due to the neglect of managing their promotion to Corregimiento and/or Municipality, respectively. This would provide access to infrastructure, facilities, and the national participation system. Therefore, territories must be evaluated, characterized, and promoted via municipal ordinance or agreement as a viable and sustainable emerging geographic space based on social, economic, environmental, and political principles; as a strategy for the efficient use of resources and the resolution of territorial conflicts in the Configured Population.
Therefore, it is urgent to rethink the territorial organization and political division of the Department of Meta, as new municipalities will allow for better management and participation in the distribution of resources, including its new districts.
