El siguiente informe presenta los resultados del trabajo final de las prácticas profesionales
realizadas en la empresa Agencia de Aduanas SIACO, en el área de gerencia técnica, área
que se compone por dos grandes grupos, que son, asuntos regulatorios, área especializada
en tramitar registros de importación, análisis documental y coordinación de temporales
OEA, por otro lado se encuentra el grupo de nomenclatura, área encargada de la
clasificación arancelaria, de esta manera el área de gerencia técnica ofrece una alta calidad
de servicio en todas sus operaciones de comercio exterior, seguridad y agilidad, cumpliendo
de esta manera con las expectativas y compromiso que se tiene con los diversos clientes.
Durante el periodo de las prácticas profesionales, en la empresa se ejecutaron los
respectivos conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera profesional, ya que, de lo teórico
pase a lo práctico y seguí desarrollando las habilidades competentes en este campo tan
importante del comercio exterior, como lo son las importaciones. En la empresa estaba bajo
el cargo asignado de analista documental y auxiliar operativa a nivel general, dicho lo
anterior se aprovechó este espacio para departir acerca del área y compartir la oportunidad
de mejora frente al problema identificado, se construye por medio de una herramienta
tecnológica, un instructivo, para lograr eliminar la falla que se está presentando a nivel
operativo y con ello lograr una mayor eficacia en la presentación y aprobación de los
registros de importación, lo cual es consecutivo a generar una mayor competitividad directa
frente a las demás agencias de aduanas.
Abstract
The following report presents the results of the final work of the professional practices carried out in the company
at SIACO Customs Agency, in the area of technical management, an area made up of two main groups, namely
