Resumen
Este documento describe el proyecto de investigación realizado en torno al diseño del sistema de gestión de la calidad de la empresa Manoa Café bajo la norma ISO 9001:2015, en donde la empresa de antemano muestra su interés por hacer parte del proceso, apoyando al equipo investigador a partir del acceso a la información requerida con relación a los diferentes procesos que integran la compañía y de esta manera poder estructurar un ejercicio que está enfocado en el planteamiento de un sistema de gestión de la calidad, generando las bases para su posterior implementación.
En la primera parte, se hace un desarrollo del planteamiento del problema y pregunta identificados en el contexto empresarial, de donde se deriva la justificación y/o el interés del grupo investigador por diseñar el SGC en esta empresa. También se desarrollan los marcos que soportan la investigación, (referencial y normativo). Posteriormente, se establece el diseño metodológico y el cronograma de actividades para lograr desarrollar la propuesta.
Se definen también unos objetivos para el desarrollo del diseño y seguidamente se establecen los resultados frente a los mismos, describiendo su realización en contraste con la norma NTC ISO-9001:2015 y refiriendo aquellos instrumentos, formatos y matrices que ejemplifican su aplicación dentro del contexto empresarial.
Por último, se ejecutan unas conclusiones frente al desarrollo de cada objetivo y unas recomendaciones para la empresa por parte del grupo investigador con el fin de fortalecer el proceso de comunicación con la alta dirección para que en el momento de la implementación todo sea más sencillo y se establezcan unos acuerdos previos que permitan consolidar la propuesta.
Abstract
This document describes the research project carried out around the design of the quality management system of the Manoa Café company under the ISO 9001:2015 standard, where the company previously shows its interest in being part of the process, supporting the team researcher based on access to the information required in relation to the different processes that make up the company and in this way to be able to structure an exercise that is focused on the approach of a quality management system, generating the bases for its subsequent implementation.
In the first part, a development of the approach to the problem and question identified in the business context is made, from which the justification and/or the interest of the research group to design the SGC in this company is derived. The frameworks that support the research are also developed (referential and normative). Subsequently, the methodological design and the schedule of activities are established to achieve the development of the proposal.
Some objectives are also defined for the development of the design and then the results are established against them, describing their realization in contrast to the NTC ISO-9001:2015 standard and referring to those instruments, formats and matrices that exemplify their application within the context business.
Finally, some conclusions are made regarding the development of each objective and some recommendations for the company by the research group in order to strengthen the communication process with senior management so that at the time of implementation everything is easier and more prior agreements are established to consolidate the proposal.
