Resumen
La consultoría propuesta busca armonizar el sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo SGSST y el plan estratégico de seguridad vial PESV de la organización EXPRESOS Y SERVICIOS EXPRESER SAS logrando la identificación de los elementos comunes y la generación de estrategias para dar cumplimiento a los requisitos legales de los dos sistemas de manera simultánea. El desarrollo de la consultoría partirá de una etapa de identificación de beneficios y posibles dificultades para la armonización de los sistemas y el análisis del contexto de la organización, según lo recomienda la Guía para la integración de los sistemas de gestión UNE 66177:2005. En la etapa inicial se desarrollará un diagnóstico inicial para conocer el nivel de madurez de los sistemas. Este ejercicio se desarrollará a través de la revisión de las auditorías internas y otros elementos disponibles que permitirán conocer el punto de partida y servirán de insumo para establecer el método de integración apropiado para la organización y el diseño del plan para tal propósito. A partir de allí se llevará a cabo la identificación de los elementos armonizables de los dos sistemas y las actividades y evidencias de cumplimiento para satisfacer simultáneamente los requisitos del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y el Plan Estratégico de Seguridad vial. Finalmente, se realizará una evaluación de los resultados obtenidos de la implementación del sistema de gestión armonizado, evidenciando si el ejercicio resulto posible dentro de la organización y brindo resultados enriquecedores dentro de los sistemas de gestión de esta.
Abstract
The proposed consultancy seeks to harmonize the occupational health and safety management system SGSST and the strategic road safety plan PESV of the organization EXPRESOS Y SERVICIOS EXPRESER SAS through the construction of an integration guide that identifies the common elements and generates strategies to meet the requirements of the two systems. The development of the consultancy will start from a diagnostic stage that seeks to know the level of maturity of the systems, as recommended by the Guide for the integration of management systems UNE 66177: 2005, through the performance of internal audits. This will allow knowing the starting point and will serve as input to establish the appropriate integration method for the organization and the design of the plan for that purpose. Subsequently, an identification of the harmonizable elements of the two systems and the activities and evidence of compliance that could simultaneously satisfy the requirements of the two systems will be carried out through the generation of a correspondence table of harmonizable elements between the Safety Management System. and Occupational Health and the Strategic Road Safety Plan. This will be achieved through the review of the regulations in general, and the establishment of the harmonizable and the evidence that will provide the opportunity to the company to structure its harmonized management system, optimizing human, technological and other resources that the organization invests in the implementation and execution of its processes. Finally, an evaluation of the results obtained from the application of the guide will be carried out in terms of economy of resources and efficiency of the systems, and options for improvement will be proposed.
